Early lead gives the Lower Columbia easy victory over the Centralia, 11-1

The Lower Columbia (36-9) refused to relinquish the lead after grabbing it early against the Centralia (8-29), recording an 11-1 victory on Saturday at David Story Field.

Seven runs in the first three innings allowed the Lower Columbia to put the game away early.

A sacrifice fly by Ryan Littlefield, , , a fielder's choice, a steal of home by Michael Forgoine, and during the first inning supplied the early offense for the Lower Columbia.

Chris Rogers racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Lower Columbia. He homered in the fourth inning.

Tanner Olson picked up the win for the Lower Columbia. Olson allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks while striking out four over six innings of work.

Austin Anderson (3-5) took the loss for the Centralia. He allowed 10 runs in four innings, walked seven and struck out one.
