Caleb Wallen kept the Green River (4-15) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Pierce (8-12) beat the Green River, 7-1.

Wallen struck out four and allowed one walk and six hits.

The Pierce blew out the Green River thanks to 11 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Pierce scored two runs in the eighth on the Pierce scored in the eighth on an RBI single by Rayven Kahana and an RBI triple by Jarred Prather.

Gunnar Schubert racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Pierce. He doubled in the third and fourth innings.

Chris Glahn was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked three, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
