The Saskatchewan (0-4) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 6-2 to the Atlantic (1-3) on Saturday.

While the Saskatchewan led until the fifth inning, the Atlantic worked their way back and took the lead on a two-run single by Ethan McLellan.

Nick Gravel reached base three times in the game for the Atlantic. He also drove in two runners. He singled in the fifth inning.

Jackson Haight's seven strikeouts helped the Atlantic to the victory. Haight allowed two earned runs, seven hits and one walk over seven innings.

Jervahn Gyorfi ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked six, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
