Both the SS-T T Bolts (12-20) and the Alexandria Aces (19-14) put runners aboard on Friday, but it was the SS-T T Bolts that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 4-3 win at Frank Mann Field.

The Alexandria Aces had no answer for Connor Tagg, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Tagg held the Alexandria Aces hitless over 2 2/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one.

Thomas Bradey put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Alexandria Aces. He doubled in the fourth inning and tripled in the sixth inning.

Tyler Zamjahn was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just eight innings, walked six, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
