Tanner Love kept the D.C. Grays (10-21) off the board during his six innings of work and the Herndon Braves (14-15) beat the D.C. Grays, 4-2.

Love struck out four and allowed five walks and six hits.

Alan Mocabee had a hot bat for the Herndon Braves. Mocabee went 1-2, drove in one and scored two runs. He homered in the third inning.

Joseph Kinee was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
