Both the Baltimore Redbirds (25-10) and the Herndon Braves (16-18) put runners aboard on Tuesday, but it was the Baltimore Redbirds that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 7-6 win at Calvert Hall HS.

Mac Caples racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Baltimore Redbirds. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Nick Morabito had a busy day at the plate, collecting three extra-base hits. He singled in the first innings and tripled in the seventh inning.

Chase Brewis recorded his second win of the year for the Baltimore Redbirds. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered no hits.
