The Qu��bec (2-0) jumped out to an early lead on the British Columbia two (0-2) and captured a 10-0 victory on Friday at Whalley Athletic Park.

The game was decided quickly as the Qu��bec exerted their will early with eight runs in the first three innings.

A two-run double by Gabrielle Perreault in the first inning and and a wild pitch during the second inning supplied the early offense for the Qu��bec.

Camille Huppe racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Qu��bec. He singled in the second inning.

The British Columbia two's lineup had no answer for Sabrina Periard. The British Columbia two managed just two hits off of Periard, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his three innings of work.

Mary Harding (0-1) took the loss for the British Columbia two. He allowed eight runs in three innings, walked none and struck out three.
