Nate Langhals had three RBIs, sparking the Lorain County Ironmen (16-22) to a 6-2 victory in seven innings over the Champion City Kings (14-22) on Saturday at The Pipe Yard.

Jake Hall had an impressive outing against the Champion City Kings' lineup. Hall held the Champion City Kings hitless over 1 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.

Justin Fritts improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Lorain County Ironmen. He allowed two runs over 5 2/3 innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered five hits.

Ryan Thurston ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed six runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked one and struck out five.
