An ace performance by Aaron McGarity lifted the Baltimore Redbirds (5-3) to a 4-1 win over the Baltimore Dodgers (0-10) on Tuesday at Calvert Hall HS.

McGarity brought the heat against the Baltimore Dodgers during his outing. The Baltimore Dodgers managed just one hit off of McGarity, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out nine during his seven innings of work.

The Baltimore Redbirds were led by Tyler Ramirez's hitting. Ramirez went 3-4 and scored two runs. He singled in the first, third, and eighth innings.

The Baltimore Dodgers were led by Johnny Stevenson's hitting. Stevenson went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the eighth inning.

Tyler Mikell recorded his first win of the year for the Baltimore Redbirds. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered no hits.

Ross Lazicky (0-1) took the loss for the Baltimore Dodgers. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
