Jeffrey Revesz hit two home runs to carry the Butler Blue Sox (32-18) to a 13-4 win over the Richmond RiverRats (19-30) at McBride Stadium in seven innings.

The biggest inning for the Butler Blue Sox was the third. In the inning the Butler Blue Sox scored seven runs. The Butler Blue Sox scored in the third on an RBI double by Stuart Levy, an RBI single by Ryan Uhl, a three-run home run by Revesz, an RBI single by Mick Fennell, and a sacrifice fly by Forrest Perron.

Will Farmer racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Richmond RiverRats. He tripled in the fourth inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Mitch Patishall recorded his fourth win of the year for the Butler Blue Sox. He allowed three runs over 4 2/3 innings. Patishall struck out five, walked four and gave up six hits.

Luke McGee ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in 2 1/3 innings, walked two and struck out one.

The Butler Blue Sox were sparked by Perron and Revesz, who teamed up for six hits and 10 RBIs.
