Taylor Boyd collected three hits, helping the Herndon Braves (13-14) to a 9-4 victory over the Youses Orioles (12-17) on Saturday at Herndon High School.

Peyton Attaway put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Youses Orioles. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the first and eighth innings.

Tanner Love recorded his second win of the year for the Herndon Braves. He allowed four runs over four innings. He struck out six, walked three and surrendered six hits.

Lee Lawler was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked one and struck out four.
