The Edmonds scored four runs in the fifth on an error, a sacrifice fly by Connor Plaisance, a single by Jamie Umbinetti, an RBI single by Tyler Baker, and a fielder's choice.

Ryan Budnick led the Edmonds' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He doubled in the sixth inning.

Zach Johnson's nine strikeouts were enough to push the Edmonds past the Lane. Johnson allowed two earned runs, five hits and two walks over seven innings.

Jarred Priestley (3-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just three innings, walked five, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
