Despite the loss, the Alexandria Aces' Nate Williams dominated the Baltimore Dodgers' batters, giving up zero runs and striking out five.

J.D. Long led the Alexandria Aces' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the third innings.

Kyle Ward (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
