Dom Morabito kept the Rockville Express (15-12) off the board during his six innings of work and the Herndon Braves (11-13) beat the Rockville Express, 5-3.

Morabito struck out three and allowed four walks and four hits.

Ky Parrott went a perfect 2-2 at the plate for the Herndon Braves. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Dominic Fazio paced the Rockville Express at the plate. Fazio went 4-5 and drove in one. He doubled in the eighth inning and singled in the second, sixth, and ninth innings.

Rhyan Karr (2-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
