Devon Mahoney went 2-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Rockville Express (9-6) to a 4-3 victory over the Baltimore Redbirds (10-6) on Monday at Calvert Hall HS.

Anton Constantino struck out six hitters en route to the the Rockville Express win. Constantino allowed one earned run on three hits and one walk over seven innings.

Despite the loss, the Baltimore Redbirds' Aaron McGarity dominated the Rockville Express' batters, giving up three runs and striking out 10.

Tyler Ramirez got on base two times in the game for the Baltimore Redbirds. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the eighth inning.

McGarity (1-1) was the game's losing pitcher.
