Joe Tietjen went 1-4 and hit a home run as the D.C. Grays (6-6) took home a 3-2 victory over the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts (3-6) at Washington Nationals Academy on Thursday.

Joseph Kinee put together a nice outing. Kinee gave up just three hits, allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out one during his six innings of work.

Jason Baytop Jr. paced the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts at the plate. Baytop Jr. went 1-4, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the ninth inning.

Brandon Holsworth kept the D.C. Grays off the board during his six innings of work. Holsworth struck out two and allowed two walks and two hits.

Sherman Graves got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered no hits.

Robert Galligan (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
