Cody Manzella was cold coming off the bench, but Manzella warmed up quickly as Manzella stroked a key pinch-hit double in the two to lead the Bethesda Big Train (4-0) to a 7-1 win over the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts (1-3) on Saturday at Shirley Povich Field.

With the Bethesda Big Train leading by one, Manzella came to the plate and doubled.

Garrett Pearson (0-1) took the loss for the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
