J JCostantino collected three hits as the White Sands Pupfish (25-29) took home a 5-4 victory over the Bisbee Blue (30-26) on Tuesday.
He tripled in the first inning and singled in the third and fifth innings.The White Sands Pupfish relied on Mike Ormseth to eat up innings en route to the win. Ormseth allowed one earned run, eight hits and no walks while striking out six over nine innings of work.
Daniel Bartlett (2-1) took the loss for the Bisbee Blue. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
