Three first-inning runs helped the Centralia (19-11) to a 7-2 win over the Grays Harbor (6-17) at Bishop Athletic Complex on Wednesday.
Erika Brower had two extra-base hits for the Centralia. He homered in the first inning, tripled in the fifth inning, and singled in the third and seventh innings.
Kalynn Randt picked up the win for the Centralia. Randt allowed two earned runs, four hits and no walks while striking out five over seven innings of work.
Shannon Glenn racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Grays Harbor. He homered in the first inning.
Jenny Benn was charged with his eighth loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out three.
The Centralia's Haley Graham, Brower and Megan Moore combined for eight hits and five RBIs.
