Chamberlin allows no runs to lead the Olympic past the Skagit Valley 9-0

Ashley Chamberlin kept the Skagit Valley (5-13) off the board during his six innings of work and the Olympic (6-11) beat the Skagit Valley, 9-0.

Chamberlin allowed four hits, two walks and struck out nine.

Five runs in the opening three innings allowed the Olympic to easily put away the Skagit Valley. An RBI single by Alexandra Ekonomakis during the first inning and a two-run single by Ashley Lockhart in the second inning helped the Olympic put some runs on the board early.

Jordyn Nickolson went a perfect 4-4 at the dish for the Olympic. He singled in the first, second, fourth, and sixth innings.

H Hawkins was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in six innings, walked two and struck out five.
