Daniel Aldrich went 2-4 and hit a home run, helping the Bisbee Blue (30-24) to an 8-5 victory over the Douglas Diablos (25-29) on Tuesday at Warren.
He singled in the seventh inning and homered in the eighth inning.Ryan Dimascio put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Douglas Diablos. He doubled in the second and fifth innings.
Kyle Renaud improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Bisbee Blue. He allowed one run over two innings. He struck out one, walked two and surrendered one hit.
Jake Hovis couldn't get it done on the hill for the Douglas Diablos, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in 7 2/3 innings, walked three and struck out seven.
