Both the Douglas Diablos (27-36) and the Taos Blizzard (22-41) put runners aboard on Saturday, but it was the Douglas Diablos that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 7-6 win at Copper King Park.

Corben Green racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Douglas Diablos. He singled in the third innings.

Mike Lange had two extra-base hits for the Taos Blizzard. He homered in the fourth inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Ryan Pitt improved to 3-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Douglas Diablos. He allowed one run over 1 2/3 innings. Pitt struck out two, walked one and gave up one hit.

Andrew Bruder (3-5) took the loss for the Taos Blizzard. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
