A magnificent effort by Ernie Zaragoza carried the Roswell Invaders (15-6) to a 4-1 win over the Douglas Diablos (7-13) on Tuesday at Joe Bauman Park.

Zaragoza's 12 strikeouts were enough to push the Roswell Invaders past the Douglas Diablos. Zaragoza allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks over nine innings.

It was a good day at the plate for the Roswell Invaders' Ryan Retz. Retz went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the sixth inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Mike Bradstreet (1-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just eight innings, walked none, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
