The Trinidad Triggers (35-25) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 4-2 to the Taos Blizzard (22-41) on Friday.

While the Trinidad Triggers led until the eighth inning, the Taos Blizzard worked their way back and took the lead on a three-run home run by Matt Kaldon.

Kaldon racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Taos Blizzard. He singled in the fifth inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Andrew Bruder improved to 3-5 on the year by picking up the win for the Taos Blizzard. Bruder struck out one, walked none and gave up one hit.

Kolt Browder was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out six, and allowed three runs.
