Robert Moss came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Moss reached on a in the nine to lead the West Palm Beach Eagles (7-2) to an 8-2 win over the Florida Pokers (2-4) on Tuesday at Taravella HS.

Adam Benhart racked up four RBIs on three hits for the West Palm Beach Eagles. He singled in the second, fourth, and ninth innings.

Rigo Beltran baffled the Florida Pokers, striking out nine batters. The West Palm Beach Eagles' pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only three hits.

Kevin Scranton got the win, running his season record to 1-0. He allowed two runs over three innings. He struck out one, walked three and surrendered four hits.

Fenway Parks couldn't get it done on the mound for the Florida Pokers, taking a loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
