The Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (15-28) beat the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (22-21) 7-6 on Saturday at The Ball Park behind Kelly Rooney, who collected three hits.

Luke Bonfield had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Will Ore recorded his first win of the year for the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide. He allowed two runs over 1 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered three hits.

Matt Binder was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked four, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
