Jake Mellin kept the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (13-28) off the board during his six innings of work and the Nashua Silver Knights (23-18) beat the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide, 12-0.

Mellin struck out five and allowed no walks and four hits.

Nine runs in the opening three innings allowed the Nashua Silver Knights to easily put away the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide. An RBI double by Ryan Sullivan, an RBI double by Joe Napolitano, and an RBI single by Carson Helms in the first inning and an RBI single by Matt Sanchez, an RBI single by Sanchez, a single by Michael Pierson, a groundout by Sullivan, a hit by pitch, an RBI triple by Helms, and an RBI triple by Helms during the second inning helped the Nashua Silver Knights put some runs on the board early.

Helms racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Nashua Silver Knights.

Dakota Edwards (0-5) took the loss for the Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide. He allowed nine runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked one and struck out one.
