Dakota Higdon collected three hits as the Seacoast Mavericks (3-2) took home a 4-1 victory over the Nashua Silver Knights (2-3) at Holman Stadium on Tuesday.

Austin French kept contact to a minimum, striking out six the Nashua Silver Knights batters. French allowed one earned run on four hits and three walks over six innings.

Shawn Heide put together a nice outing. The Seacoast Mavericks managed just two hits off of Heide, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his four innings of work.

Matt Tulley couldn't get it done on the bump for the Nashua Silver Knights, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked five, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
