Joey Lucchesi kept the Atwater Aviators (13-17) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Top Speed Baseball (25-4) beat the Atwater Aviators, 14-0.

Lucchesi struck out six and allowed no walks and four hits.

Scott Mitchell hit two home runs for the Top Speed Baseball. Mitchell went 2-6 in the game with five RBIs and two runs scored. Mitchell homered in the third and fourth innings.

The offense exploded for the the Top Speed Baseball in the fourth. In the inning the Top Speed Baseball scored nine runs. The Top Speed Baseball scored in the fourth on a hit by pitch, an RBI single by Ricky Rodriguez Jr., a home run by Mitchell, a groundout by Ransom LaLonde, an error, and an RBI double by Tyler Davis.

Travis Johnston (0-3) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 11 runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked three and struck out two.
