A walk-off single from Josh Allen brought home the winning run for the Evansville Otters (28-18) in a 3-2 victory over the Traverse City Beach Bums in 10 innings at Bosse Field on Thursday.

Shayne Houck racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Evansville Otters. He singled in the first inning and homered in the third inning.

Preston Olson handled the Traverse City Beach Bums (19-29)'s lineup with ease, racking up six strikeouts. Olson allowed one earned run on five hits and three walks over seven innings.

Evan Mott got the win, running his season record to 3-0. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Nate OBryan couldn't get it done on the bump for the Traverse City Beach Bums, taking a loss. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
