It took 11 innings, but the Frontier Greys (6-25) managed to put away the Florence Freedom (15-15) 7-5 on Friday at UC Health Stadium.

With the score tied at five, hit a sacrifice fly, scoring Frank Florio.

Chris Ellison led the Frontier Greys' offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Jacob Liedka brought the heat against the Florence Freedom during his outing. The Florence Freedom managed just one hit off of Liedka, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out five during his three innings of work.

Cameron Lamb improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Frontier Greys. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Edgar Valle (0-1) took the loss for the Florence Freedom. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
