The Bellevue (17-12) beat the Skagit Valley 9-1 Saturday behind both the bat and the arm of Brielle Bray.

Bray racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Bellevue. He doubled in the second inning, homered in the fourth inning, and singled in the fifth inning.

Bray racked up nine strikeouts in the the Bellevue win. Bray allowed one earned run on two hits and two walks over five innings.

The Bellevue's bats came to life in the fourth inning. In the inning the Bellevue scored five runs.

Ana Miksovsky was hot from the plate for the Skagit Valley (9-21). Miksovsky went 1-2, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the first inning.

Holly Hawkins was charged with his tenth loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in five innings, walked six and struck out two.
