Fernando Pena threw a shutout to lift the Swift Current Indians (9-9) to a 7-0 win over the Melville Millionaires (9-9) at Mitchell Field.

Pena held the Melville Millionaires scoreless during his nine innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on two hits while striking out nine.

Everything was working at the plate for the the Swift Current Indians in the seventh. In the inning the Swift Current Indians scored seven runs. The Swift Current Indians scored in the seventh on an RBI single by Michael Eberle, a two-run double by Kevin Bettencourt, a three-run home run by Liam Goodall, and an RBI double by Matt Spillman.

Goodall racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Swift Current Indians.

Logan Terwilliger (0-1) took the loss for the Melville Millionaires. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked one and struck out three.
