The Blue Mountain (4-26) failed to take advantage of Rayne Spencer's effort at the plate on Saturday, losing 11-7 to the Big Bend (4-23) in seven innings at BMCC Softball Field .

Spencer rocked the Big Bend with two home runs. Spencer went 2-2 in the game with two RBIs and two runs scored. Spencer homered in the second and fourth innings.

Kelsey Cearley racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Big Bend. He singled in the second and third innings and homered in the fifth inning.

Alexis Spence improved to 3-7 on the year by picking up the win for the Big Bend. He allowed two runs over four innings. He struck out none, walked two and surrendered four hits.

Nicole Brown was charged with his seventeenth loss of the year. He allowed 10 runs in four innings, walked three and struck out three.
