The Treasure Valley need walk-off double to beat the Spokane, 3-2

A walk-off double from Brady Baker brought home the winning run for the Treasure Valley (28-8) in a 3-2 victory over the Spokane (19-17) in 10 innings at Elks Memorial on Saturday.

Baker was hot from the plate for the Treasure Valley. Baker went 2-5 and drove in one. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the tenth inning.

Jerren Larimer put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Treasure Valley. He doubled in the second and eighth innings.

The Spokane couldn't get anything going as long as Tanner Lupton was pitching. The Spokane managed just two hits off of Lupton, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out four during his seven innings of work.

Daulton Blackwell improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Treasure Valley. Blackwell struck out one, walked none and gave up three hits.

Zachary Haggett was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
