Charlie Walker had two extra base hits, helping the SW Oregon (16-13) to a 6-2 victory over the Chemeketa (13-15) on Saturday at SWOCC Athletic Fields .

Riley Phillips picked up the win for the SW Oregon. Phillips pitched nine innings and allowed two earned runs, nine hits and one walk while striking out two.

Brenden Shaffer got on base three times in the game for the Chemeketa. He also drove in one runner. He doubled in the sixth inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Troy Benton (1-2) took the loss for the Chemeketa. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
