The Green River (8-23) took down the Grays Harbor (2-26) 11-1 on Sunday at Heritage Park after slamming the Grays Harbor with nine runs in the fifth inning.

Travis Johnson racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Green River. He singled in the fourth and fifth innings.

The Grays Harbor had no answer for Braulio Torres-Perez, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Grays Harbor managed just two hits off of Torres-Perez, who allowed one earned run, walked four and struck out five during his five innings of work.

Josh Broom improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Green River. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Chace Johanson (0-7) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just four innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
