An awesome effort by Zach Carter spurred the Clackamas (7-20) to a 2-0 win in seven innings over the SW Oregon on Saturday at SWOCC Athletic Fields .

Carter held the SW Oregon (18-18) scoreless during his seven innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no opposing players to cross the plate on two hits while ringing up five.

Easton Bennett paced the Clackamas at the plate. Bennett went 3-4 and scored one run. He singled in the third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Jordan Farley (1-2) took the loss for the SW Oregon. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed one run.
