Tanner Schumacher brought the heat against the Lorain County Ironmen during his outing. Schumacher held the Lorain County Ironmen hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one.
Nate Langhals was solid at the plate for the Lorain County Ironmen. Langhals went 2-4 and scored two runs. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the fifth inning.
Mick Fennell got the win, running his season record to 3-1. He allowed two runs over five innings. He struck out three, walked none and surrendered six hits.
Ben Standiford was charged with his fifth loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in five innings, walked five and struck out two.
