The Clark (7-25) had a tough outing on Tuesday, as the SW Oregon (25-15) dominated in an 8-1 win in seven innings at Clark Softball Field .

The SW Oregon scored three runs in the fifth on an error and a two-run home run by Nicole Cardoza.

Cardoza racked up three RBIs on three hits for the SW Oregon.

Randi Anderson baffled the Clark, striking out three batters. The SW Oregon's pitcher gave up just six hits over five shutout innings.

Jessica Myers improved to 13-9 on the year by picking up the win for the SW Oregon. He allowed one run over two innings. Myers struck out one, walked three and gave up three hits.

Jackie Jones couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Clark, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked none and struck out two.
