The Centralia (14-11) pounded the Pierce (10-15) on Friday 12-3 at Centralia in six innings.

The Centralia scored six runs in the sixth on a double by Janice-Lee Knutz, , a double by Haley Graham, an RBI single by Erika Brower, an RBI single by Caitlyn Paul, and a two-run single by Maddi Klingberg.

Graham racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Centralia.

Brittanie Halquist racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Pierce. He homered in the third inning and doubled in the fifth inning.

Brooke Williams improved to 6-5 on the year by picking up the win for the Centralia. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out two, walked three and surrendered five hits.

Kelsi Goodwin (1-5) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 12 runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out one.

The Centralia hammered the Pierce pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 11 hits, 10 RBIs and nine runs scored.
