The Tacoma make the most of 4 hits in 2-1 victory over the Centralia

The Tacoma (32-1) and the Centralia (8-23) both had scoring chances on Monday, but it was the Tacoma that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out a 2-1 win at Minnitti Field .

JJ Pino did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Tacoma, reaching base two times. He singled in the first inning.

Ryota Koiwai had an impressive outing against the Centralia's lineup. The Centralia managed just two hits off of the the Tacoma's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his three innings of work.

Chris Kerwood recorded his first win of the year for the Tacoma. He allowed one run over four innings. Kerwood struck out two, walked none and gave up three hits.

Ty Carlton (1-1) took the loss for the Centralia. He lasted just 4 2/3 innings, walked four, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
