The Tacoma (21-1) blew out the Concordia JV 7-0 on Wednesday at Minnitti Field after pouring on four runs in the third inning.
Josh Latta was hot from the plate for the Tacoma. Latta went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the fourth inning.
Ryota Koiwai pitched lights out for the Tacoma. The Concordia JV managed just two hits off of Koiwai, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out five during his four innings of work.
Yasui (0-2) took the loss for the Concordia JV. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked three and struck out four.
