The Clackamas (26-1) beat the Lower Columbia (16-7) 3-0 in five innings on Saturday at Clackamas Community College Sof behind Rachel Ray, who went 1-1.
He doubled in the third inning and singled in the first and third innings.Alyson Boytz held the Lower Columbia scoreless during his five innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on three hits while striking out seven.
Julia Breidt was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 2 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
