Turner Phelps kept the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox (10-8) off the board during his five innings of work and the Bourne Braves (8-5) beat the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, 1-0.

Phelps struck out four and allowed two walks and three hits.

Stefan Romero did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Bourne Braves, reaching base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning.

Chris Sale was effective even in defeat, mowing down six the Bourne Braves batters and allowing one run.
