The Anchorage Glacier Pilots (0-2) were never able to get over the hump and overcome their troubles against the Anchorage Bucs (2-0) on Monday, as the Anchorage Glacier Pilots fell 4-2 at Anchorage Ak after falling behind by three runs in the second inning.

The Anchorage Glacier Pilots scored two runs in the second on a two-run single by Kevin Garcia. Despite their efforts, the Anchorage Glacier Pilots couldn't get over the hump.

Lawton Langford was hot from the plate for the Anchorage Bucs. Langford went 4-5 and scored two runs. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the first, second, and eighth innings.

The Anchorage Glacier Pilots couldn't get anything going so long as Calvin Copping was on the hill. Copping held the Anchorage Glacier Pilots hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

W. White ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He lasted just four innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed three runs.
