The Moose Jaw Miller Express (17-19) shut the door early on the Melville Millionaires (19-15), capturing an 8-2 victory on Monday at Pirie Field.

With seven runs in the first three innings, the Moose Jaw Miller Express left no doubt about the eventual outcome.

An error, an RBI single by Matt Kirk, an RBI single by Matt Benn, a two-run single by Benn, and a two-run single by Benn during the first inning and a two-run home run by Miles Hunter in the second inning fueled the Moose Jaw Miller Express' offense early.
