Alex Bos kept the Edmonton Prospects (6-27) off the board during his eight innings of work and the Medicine Hat Mavericks (28-4) beat the Edmonton Prospects, 4-0.

Bos struck out six and allowed one walk and six hits.

Grant Silva did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Medicine Hat Mavericks, reaching base three times. He singled in the first and second innings.

Logan Wedgewood went a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Edmonton Prospects. He singled in the third, fifth, and seventh innings.

Jordan Geiger (0-4) took the loss for the Edmonton Prospects. He lasted just eight innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
