The St Paul Saints (6-2) took down the El Paso Diablos (2-6) 11-3 on Friday at Midway Stadium after slamming the El Paso Diablos with six runs in the sixth inning.

Brad Boyer racked up four RBIs on two hits for the St Paul Saints. He homered in the third inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

The El Paso Diablos had no answer for Billy Spottiswood, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The El Paso Diablos managed just one hit off of Spottiswood, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his two innings of work.

Maikol Gonzalez had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the sixth and seventh innings.

Anthony Claggett recorded his second win of the year for the St Paul Saints. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out seven, walked one and surrendered six hits.

Ryan Bean couldn't get it done on the rubber for the El Paso Diablos, taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in five innings, walked seven and struck out two.
