Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Friday as the Donkey Punch All Stars (2-0) outscored the Sleestacks (0-2) 13-12 in seven innings.
The two teams combined for 38 hits in the game.
The game was back-and-forth heading into the seventh, with six lead changes.
John Hoajland went a perfect 3-3 at the dish for the Donkey Punch All Stars. He homered in the first inning and singled in the fourth and sixth innings.
Bobby Belonzi racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Sleestacks. He singled in the first inning, doubled in the second inning, and homered in the fourth inning.
Even though Dave Lopez allowed 12 runs over seven innings he still recorded the victory, his second of the season. Lopez struck out one, walked five and gave up 17 hits.
Belonzi ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed 13 runs in six innings, walked one and struck out none.
The Donkey Punch All Stars hammered the Sleestacks pitching as seven hitters had a field day, combining for 16 hits, 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
